Spilt Training Program 1: focuses on the upper body "push" muscles along with the anterior muscles of the legs. We always include core training throughout each workout.

Wednesday 6:00-6:45 AM
Split Training Program 2: focuses on the upper body "pull" muscles along with the posterior chain. 

Friday 6:00-6:45 AM
This workout is all about the ARMS- biceps, triceps and shoulders. Sneaky core may be hiding in these workouts.

Saturday 7:15-8:00 AM
Cardio, Core and Legs are worked in this HIIT style format. Be prepared to sweat and burn!
