Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 6:00-6:45 AM

All weekly classes will follow a "program" style split; Push/Pull Day, Leg/Shoulder Day, Cardio/Core HIIT Day and Total Body Strength Day. The order of workouts may vary from week to week.

Push/Pull Day focuses on the push/pull muscles of the upper body. During this workout, you can expect to train your chest, triceps, back and biceps along with the core muscles of the abdomen and lower back region.

Leg/Shoulder Day alternates between muscle building lower body movements and shoulder sculpting exercises. We'll also focus on balance and core strengthening.

Cardio/Core HIIT will get your heart pumping with functional fitness movements. These workouts may use weights, glides, bands, fitness balls or done as bodyweight exercises. Get ready to sweat while working to improve balance and stability, increasing core strength and cardio endurance.

Total Body Day focuses on strength training for the whole body. We'll use both compound movements along with single joint movements and core training.
