Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:00-6:45 AM

All weekly classes will follow a schedule: Mondays and Thursdays are Total Body Strength days and Tuesdays are Conditioning days.

Total Body Strength
 focuses on strength training for the whole body. We'll use both compound movements along with single joint movements and core training. Sets, reps, and timed intervals will vary each workout.

Conditioning / HIIT Workouts will get your heart pumping with functional fitness movements. These workouts may use weights, glides, bands, fitness balls or done as bodyweight exercises. Get ready to sweat while working to improve balance and stability all while increasing core strength and cardio endurance.
