I've dedicated 25 years of my career to wellness and fitness, helping others achieve their goals. I've mastered a variety of training methods, which have allowed me to work with populations ranging from the fitness novice to conditioned pros, college athletes, children, active older adults, pre- and post-natal mothers, and cancer survivors. I’ve also worked in diverse settings, including as a corporate fitness professional and manager and as a group exercise instructor for various YMCA programs.

Each of my sessions, whether for a personal training client, group setting, online or fit camp class, is specifically designed and centers on Functional Fitness. Functional Fitness is extremely important in keeping the body centered for everyday living, so each of my workouts incorporates a strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and core component. I call this method of training "FIT" — Functional Interval Training. I use a variety of training modalities and program designs to keep the body guessing what’s next. No matter your age, fitness level, past workout experience or lack thereof, all are welcome and encouraged to join my FIT Tribe!

When I'm not working with clients, my time is spent in Bernardsville, NJ with my husband and our beautiful twin daughters. They, too, enjoy being physically active, and keep me busy with their after school activities. As a family, we like traveling, camping, visiting amusement parks, going to the beach and dining out. We also have two dogs, Violet and Mille, who keep us on our toes.

I received my degree in Exercise Studies and Sports Studies form Rutgers University in 2000. I then went on to achieve several nationally-ranked certifications through prestigious organizations, including: The American College of Sports Medicine, The American Council on Exercise, and The Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. Staying up to date with the latest studies and trends helps me deliver the best results possible. For your safety, I am CPR and AED Trained.
