BRIDAL BOOT CAMP
VIRTUAL FITNESS TRAINING
Initial Consultation, monthly check-in measurements, 50 personal training sessions and 3 bridal party boot camp workouts
Clients will meet with Jennifer twice a week. Each sessions is 45 minutes and will be completed at the client's home or nearby park.
Goals will be set, measurements will be taken, and your customized program will be discussed and designed
Reevaluation of program design and measurements to assess progress
Brides will receive 3 extra sessions designed specifically for their bridal party. These fun and energetic workouts are a great way to relieve the stress of wedding planning.
